IAC West Membership Forms Companies who do not already belong to the parent IAC in Washington, D.C. and wish to join IAC to participate with the West Chapter please download and submit the IAC Membership Application. Companies who already belong to the parent IAC and wish to also belong to the West Chapter please download and submit the IAC West Chapter Membership Application. Individuals whose companies are not interested in receiving the benefits of company membership in IAC West please download and submit the IAC West Chapter Individual Membership Application.
