September 7-8, 2005

The “E” in e-government can be defined narrowly as ‘electronic,’ or the movement of government information, service, and transaction delivery to the Internet.  More broadly, the “E” represents an opportunity for the government to innovate its delivery of information, services, and transactions in entirely new ways, making the future effectively, Entrepreneurial Government “EnGov”.

This event is for Government and Private Sector Information Technology professionals.  The organizers of this inaugural EnGov Forum have chosen the area of wireless communications as its topic, because, the anticipated changes in wireless technology promise a more innovative and efficient EnGov, but these opportunities also raise a series of difficult questions.  Presented will be current and future technology, security issues, business parameters, national direction, plus robust discussions from various views intended to benefit all attendees.
